Kinya currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of LIXIL Corporation, a global leader in housing and water technology. Since joining LIXIL, he has led the company through significant structural reform and digital transformation initiatives.

Prior to this, he founded MonotaRO, where he spearheaded the company’s evolution into Japan’s leading industrial e-commerce platform. His career reflects a deep expertise in operational strategy, corporate growth, and innovation across both domestic and international markets.
